Jesse Topper, State Representative, is a conservative stalwart and a highly respected voice of reason in Harrisburg.

A lifelong resident of Bedford County, Jesse has served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since  winning a 2014 special election and soon earned the respect of colleagues on both sides of the aisle in work on powerful committees.

In 2024, his record of success and the trust of his Republican colleagues led to his election as Leader of the Pennsylvania House Republican Caucus where he has led his fellow Republicans in fiscal responsibility, limited government, prioritizing individual freedoms, and growing Pennsylvania’s economy with an affordability-first approach.

Jesse holds a bachelor’s degree from Frostburg State University where he graduated Magna cum laude and is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Bedford County.
