Jennie Dallas is one of the Commonwealth’s leading Hispanic conservative voices. She is a driven, results‑oriented strategist known for delivering meaningful policy wins that preserve freedom. She serves as the Pennsylvania Strategic Director for The LIBRE Initiative, where she oversees statewide grassroots engagement and policy operations.
In this role, Jennie partners directly with members of the Pennsylvania House and Senate to advance pro‑growth tax reform, lower healthcare costs, and expand education freedom. She builds coalitions, mobilizes grassroots pressure, and drives measurable results. Under her leadership, LIBRE has executed large‑scale door‑knocking, digital, mail, and phone outreach campaigns educating families about key issues, including Protecting Prosperity by extending the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act—a historic tax relief measure that prevents families from losing up to $2,400 in savings. LIBRE also played a pivotal role in passing the Working Families Tax Act. Her work has strengthened civic participation and elevated the voice of Hispanic conservatives across Pennsylvania.
Beyond her policy work, Jennie is a successful small business owner. She operates JJ Smart Promotions, which publishes La Voz Latina Central, a bilingual publication serving six central Pennsylvania counties and connecting families to news, resources, and civic engagement opportunities.
She is the wife of Bishop William Dallas III, Senior Pastor of Gospel Fellowship Church, and is deeply grounded in faith and family. With a bold vision, tireless work ethic, and steadfast commitment to liberty, Jennie Dallas continues to expand opportunity, lower costs, and defend the principles that make Pennsylvania and America strong.
