Calvin R. Tucker is President & CEO of Eagles Capital Advisors, LLC, a lobbying, financial, and economic development consulting firm focused on expanding access to capital and opportunity in underserved communities nationwide. A veteran Republican conservative strategist, Tucker served as Deputy Chairman of the Pennsylvania Republican Party and Director of Engagement and Advancement, acting as a bridge between the GOP and minority communities statewide and nationally.

He served as Co-Chairman of Pennsylvania State Treasurer Stacy Garrity’s 2020 Inauguration Committee and Steering Committee, and previously served as a Philadelphia Ward Leader and Treasurer of the Philadelphia Republican City Committee. Tucker was a Trump Pennsylvania Media Surrogate and African American Advisor, a 2017 presidential nominee to the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors, and a three-time Republican National Convention delegate.

He is Chairman of the Pennsylvania/Philadelphia Black Republican Council and author of Requiem of a Contrarian: A Black Republican in the Urban Jungle.

Albert got his start in politics in his home city of Philadelphia in 2015. His team's work has been unique in putting America’s Political Realignment into action, reaching youth, moderate and diverse voter groups in Pennsylvania and nationally.

Albert has served as an advisor to nonprofits and campaigns from local to national, including leading outreach to diverse voter groups in dozens of federal races.
