David H. Rowe, State Representative, has served Snyder, Juniata, Mifflin, and Union counties in various community and leadership roles for more than a decade. After two years of missionary work in Southeast Asia, he studied at National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan’s Mandarin Immersion Program. David has owned a small business for over 15 years, and he is an advocate for the small business community. He attends New Hope Lutheran Brethren Church and leads its music ministry.

David previously served as East Buffalo Township supervisor and held positions with several local organizations, including the Evangelical Community Hospital and the Buffalo Valley Regional Police Department. First elected in 2019, he currently serves on the House Rules Committee and as chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee. He lives in East Buffalo Township.
