Stephen Bloom is Vice President of the Commonwealth Foundation. A Penn State graduate with degrees in Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology and a J.D. from Dickinson School of Law, and has practiced law as a shareholder, founded his own firm, and now serves as of counsel. Steve has taught economics, business law, and personal finance as a lecturer at Messiah University. Elected to the Pennsylvania House in 2010, Steve served four terms, championing limited government, lower taxes, and economic freedom. Steve has earned recognition from Americans for Prosperity, NFIB, and a 90 percent lifetime rating from the ACU. Steve is an author, frequent speaker and commentator.
