Her legal background spans legislative process and procedure, state and federal administrative law and litigation, parliamentary law, appellate advocacy, government contracting, regulatory compliance, and more.
She proudly served our Nation as a civilian attorney for the U.S. Navy, providing legal support to mission‑critical operations. Grounded in a profound respect for the Constitution, separation of powers, and the rule of law, Megan blends strategic insight with principled leadership.
