Wally Zimolong is a veteran trial lawyer with vast trial experience having acted as lead plaintiff or defense counsel in over 500 cases in federal and state court, private arbitration, and before government administrative law judges.  He has tried numerous cases to verdict and boasts an undefeated jury trial record. In 2022, he obtained one of the Top 100 verdicts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

He regularly represents Republican federal and state elected officials and candidates, the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and Republican and conservative PACs and non-profits. His clients have included the campaigns of President Donald J. Trump and United States Senator Dave McCormick.

He also frequently works with political advocacy groups and organizations to advance their missions through litigation. In 2024, he represented President Trump and the Republican National Committee in several election integrity related lawsuits including in litigation against the Bucks County Board of Elections and obtained a special and preliminary injunction that required the County to extend early voting for two additional days.  Following the general election, he assisted his partner, James Fitzpatrick, in coordinating the statewide recount for the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and Senator-elect Dave McCormick. During the recount, he oversaw a team of lawyers charged with overseeing the canvasing of ballots and spear-headed recount litigation efforts.
