Clint Owlett, State Representative, has made strengthening families, supporting the agriculture industry, and ensuring the voice of rural Pennsylvania is heard at the state Capitol about his top priorities. For the 2025-26 Legislative Session, Clint was elected by his peers to serve as Republican Caucus Secretary. One of his main responsibilities is to mentor newly elected lawmakers as they learn to navigate the complexities of state government.

Clint was born and raised in Tioga County on a dairy farm and lives out a deep commitment to the communities that make up the 68th District. His team’s mission is to continually reposition their hearts to ones of service, humility, respect, and resolve as they care for their friends and neighbors.
