Scott Martin is a trusted leader dedicated to the betterment of Pennsylvania for future generations. A graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School and Millersville University, Scott is a former Lancaster County Commissioner and today serves as the State Senator for Pennsylvania’s 13th District (Lancaster & Berks Counties) as well as the Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman.
