Michael Geer is the President of the Pennsylvania Family Institute, a research and education organization, that focuses on public policies and cultural trends that impact families.

Pennsylvania Family Institute lists nearly 40,000 Pennsylvania families as constituents, and is supported by private contributions from interested individuals, business, foundations and organizations.

Michael also serves as the volunteer President for Lancaster United for Life, a pro-life organization that has successfully fought to keep a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic out of Lancaster. He's on the board of the REACH Alliance, a school choice advocacy organization, and is a leader with Pennsylvanians Against Gambling Expansion

Prior to starting at the Pennsylvania Family Institute, Michael served for eight years at WPXI-TV, the NBC television affiliate in Pittsburgh, as Senior News Producer and for two years at the ABC News Washington bureau, working on the production staff of ABC World News Tonight and the original Nightline staff.

Michael holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Regent University, and a B.A. in American History from the University of Maryland.

Colin is a former County Commissioner in Chester County, PA (1995-2003). Prior to his election he was a CBS sales executive in New York and Philadelphia; after CBS he started and sold several small businesses, including an advertising agency, a computerized barter exchange, a marketing and management consulting firm, an executive search firm and a computer service firm. Kim Stolfer is the current Chairman (and co-founder), of Firearms Owners Against Crime, a statewide grassroots gun owners political action committee; Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors for the Allegheny County Sportsmen's League; and Vice Chairman of the Legislative Committee for the Pennsylvania Sportsmen's Association.

Has worked to actively organize local and statewide gun owners, and spearheaded opposition to gun control initiatives throughout Pennsylvania including the Pittsburgh Assault Weapon Ban, the 'illegal' PA State Police database of law-abiding gun owners as well as many other local, state and federal efforts. Kim has received numerous awards for his efforts to protect the 2nd Amendment.

Kim is a NRA Certified Firearms Training Counselor in personal protection inside the home and outside the home, rifle, pistol, shotgun, and home firearms safety. He has developed, instituted and taught NRA programs at numerous gun clubs throughout Pennsylvania. Further, he assisted other clubs in developing and instituting NRA programs. He is a hunter and active competitor in various shooting sports. Kim is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Charlene Bashore is the Legislative/PAC Director of the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation, an affiliate of National Right to Life.

Prior to joining the Federation, Charlene was a staff attorney with the Republican Legal Staff in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. In this capacity, she served as Counsel to Rep. Paul I. Clymer, then chairman of the State Government Committee. In addition, Charlene has served an adjunct instructor at Messiah College. She also clerked for the late R. Dixon Herman of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Charlene has served on the Boards of several organizations including: the Capital Area Pregnancy Center, New Hope Ministries, Covenant Christian Academy and Real Alternatives.

Charlene is a summa cum laude graduate of Grove City College where she majored in Business Administration and History and received her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law. She resides in Lewisberry with her husband and three children.

Randy Wenger, chief counsel for the Independence Law Center, specializes in public policy litigation. He has been involved in litigating the free exercise of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, the definition of marriage, gambling, and community decency. He has also written a number of Amicus Curie briefs in the area of homosexual marriage, homosexual adoption, and intelligent design. Much of his work has been done in conjunction with the Alliance Defense Fund. Mr. Wenger has practiced in numerous federal appellate and district courts around the county.

Mr. Wenger studied international business at Messiah College, graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Chicago, and went on to get his law degree at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a partner at Boyle, Neblett & Wenger in Camp Hill. He is married to Tina Wenger and has five children.
