Harrisburg, PA – The 2012 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference, to be held March 23rd and 24th at the Radisson Penn Harris Convention Center in Camp Hill (Harrisburg), will include two seminars: an Activist Workshop co-presented by Americans for Prosperity and the Franklin Center for Government & Public Integrity; and a session on the Bill of Rights presented by the Constitutional Organization of Liberty (COOL).
“Each year prior to the official start of the conference we provide participants with the opportunity for campaign or activist training, and the opportunity to learn more about our nation’s founding documents,” explained Lowman S. Henry, President of the Pennsylvania Leadership Council. “This year we are going to concentrate on training conservative activists to be more effective. Our constitution seminar will focus on the Bill of Rights.”
Activist training will be conducted by Jennifer Stephano, Pennsylvania State Director of Americans for Prosperity; Katy Abram, Pennsylvania Policy Director for the Americans for Prosperity Foundation; Eric Telford, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Outreach at the Franklin Center for Government & Public Integrity; and Mary Ellen Beatty, Director of Citizens Outreach at the Franklin Center for Government & Public Integrity.
